  • 📰 BCG survey reveals people in the workspace has mixed feelings about AI. It’s mostly optimistic, but there’s a twist.

➡️ A recent survey from BCG, consisting of 13,000 employees in 18 countries, shows that the workforce is feeling pretty good about AI. But…

Not all of them are optimistic.

Leaders and regular employees have different opinions.

“Leaders are much more optimistic than frontline employees about AI (62% vs. 42%). Regular users of generative AI are much more optimistic than nonusers (62% vs. 36%)” — report says.

It's like they're living in two different worlds.

But, almost all of them agree on upskilling and AI training, and as well as, AI regulation.

➡️ Meta just launched an AI music-generating tool, named MusicGen, and it sounds neat.

This fancy model uses some fancy codebooks and prediction steps to generate awesome tunes.
